2008-02-24 Leadville downtown 02

Leadville, CO- Leadville is a historic mining town where many of the buildings date back beyond the 1900's. At 10,200 ft elevation, it gets a lot of snow. It snowed on us most of the weekend, but we still enjoyed walking downtown to some of the funky shops. There was a dog sled racing competition in town and we saw several trucks with dogs and a sled on top.
