2008-06-14 FIBArk 23

FIBArk - FIBArk is a huge whitewater celebration that's taken place in Salida for 60 years! The parade this year included the KHEN chicken, named Kay-Hen of course. I wore the chicken suit this year. It was hot and I couldn't see, but when I saw the response of the little kids, it was GREAT! Some of them hugged me, some were scared of me. C'mon, it's a six foot tall CHICKEN coming at them! It was the most fun I've had in a long time!!
